Anil, an alumnus of National School of Bankcard Management, USA, is a renowned banker and credit card industry expert and has over 19 years of Card industry experience.

He was founder of first credit card company in India viz. BOBCARDS LTD, which enjoyed majority market share of industry, under his leadership. Anil has also founded first Third Party Bank Card Processor in South East Asia, which is certified by VISA / MASTER/ AMEX, namely Venture Infotek and ran it as its’ Managing Director till 2003.

Anil has served on the Asia Pacific advisory committee of Visa International for risk management and operations. Anil was also instrumental in setting up and running large domestic call centre in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore & Patna.

Sharda has the privilege of working with Infovision, India’s first CRM Company for 10 years. Her responsibility included management of complete back-office operations, including call centre, this involved interaction with customers, database management, software enhancement and MIS generation as per customer’s requirements, invoicing and payment collection and pursuing new marketing initiatives

K.S. Balasubramanian is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Is well versed and involved in all statutory compliances, corporate reporting. Exposure in dealing with all aspects of Indian Accounting Statements, Standards, IAS and US GAAP accounting and reporting. Has wide exposure and experience in corporate practices and management. Has been advisor to several corporates, both multinational and domestic, covering wide areas like accounting, systems implementation, adoption of good industry practices, direct and indirect tax planning, foreign investments, both inbound and outbound etc.

N. P. Nair is a graduate from Bombay University. He comes from an operational background with more than 25 years of experience. He has specialization and experience in managing large number of manpower for lower level work i.e. Data Entry / Data Clean-up / Data Conversion. He has also managed merchants operations & data processing jobs for a large credit card bank and third party processor.

Mr. Danish Ameer brings with him an extensive background in outsourcing with International experience at hand of 6+; he has completed his schooling from DPS New Delhi and his MBA in Sales and Operations from STERN Business School, New York. He has worked with HERO ITES (India), TRG and Phone Cast (Pakistan) and has been actively involved in Transition and Operations of the processes from UK (T-mobile, 3G, Orange) US (3 mobile, Sprint, AT&T) and Canada (FIDO, BELL East etc) for various organisations as a BOT consultant.

Rajeev is a post graduate in Science and MBA in Marketing. He has very good exposure and experience in managing call centers for telecom operators, e- governance projects and data management. He has run some reputed pilot projects quite efficiently. He has been instrumental for bringing new business, and strengthening existing one. Mr Jha is known for his dynamism and passion for excellence and has a collaborative leadership style. He is a recognized leader and has the ability to nurture teams and drive businesses with least available resources.

The company operations are handled by Stuti, who brings in significant sales experience in the IT sector having worked with organizations like NIIT and Tata Infotech. She also has the credentials of being the first “Microsoft Sales Specialist” in India. Stuti manages the client relationships and ensures timely delivery of solutions to our customers. She is a member of the Project Management Institute – Mumbai chapter and is certified PMP.
